8 Gong Bath - 3 hour session at Super Luna

On this occasion we invite you to a special gong bath with Alex where you will have the opportunity to delve into the alchemy of sound by playing a magical selection of 8 planetary and symphonic gongs for 3 hours under the influence and energy of the full moon. It will be a bridge between the traditional gong bath (1h30) and the all-night gong puja (7h30).

These instruments stimulate the alpha and theta brain wave frequencies associated with clear, peaceful, meditative states of mind.
